We normally ship within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs depend on your order and on your location. To see the precise amount, fill your shopping cart as desired and proceed to "Checkout". Upon entering your shipping address, you will see the shipping costs and any applicable sales tax. You may abort checkout before you are prompted for payment information. Or you can e-mail us your prospective order and we will provide a precise shipping quote.

Normally, we ship by FedEx Ground or, in the case of large orders, by truck. We can also ship by US Postal Service or UPS, if necessary. Just e-mail us with your preference. To estimate delivery time for FedEx Ground, see map.

The shipping amount you see upon checkout may be wrong. Under rare circumstances, our automated shipping calculator (based on FedEx tables) will fail. In that event, we will contact you with the correct shipping and ask for your approval. We do not charge your card until you've agreed to the corrected shipping amount.

Returns are available within 30 days of the delivery date.  Items must be in original condition. We do not accept partial returns. No breaking up packs. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is not reimbursed.  If we make a mistake, we will replace your item at no charge to you

We guarantee the quality of our products fully.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of any item you receive, just email us within 15 days of the delivery date, and we will gladly refund your money.
