We normally ship within 5-7 business days, from our shop in Los Angeles with FedEx Ground. That's how long it takes us to make the frames. We may be able to ship faster but may ask for a rush fee. It depends on the order and on your deadline. Please email us directly to ask.
We may be able to ship with other carriers, including the US Postal Service, UPS, and freight companies, if necessary.
Shipping costs depend on your location and order details. To see the precise amount, fill your shopping cart as desired and proceed to "Checkout". Upon specifying your shipping address, you will see the shipping costs and any applicable sales tax. You may abort checkout before you are prompted for any payment information. Or you can e-mail us your proposed order and we will provide a precise shipping quote ahead of time.
We always charge for shipping. If you see no shipping added to your order, that means our shipping calculator blew up. Please email us to get a quote.
The shipping amount you see upon checkout may be wrong. Under some rare circumstances, our automated shipping calculator (based on FedEx tables) will fail. In that event, we will contact you with the correct shipping and ask for your approval. We do not charge your card until you've agreed to the correct shipping amount.
